When Does My Subscription Renew?
Your subscription renews on the same day each month as when you initially subscribed. You could visit here or use /info
in discord for details. For annual plans, your credit reset occurs on the same day each month (e.g., if you subscribed on January 12th, your reset time is on the 12th of each month).
How to Cancel My Subscription?
Visit personal profile on our website to cancel or send the /subscribe
command in discord to view your current plan, click "Billing," and follow the Stripe link to cancel your subscription at any time.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for subscribers who have not utilized any generation credits, including Relax Mode, during their subscription term. You could only request a refund for your last month billing cycle. Should you fit the criteria for a refund, please press the refund button on your "billing" card. Or you could create a billing support ticket in our discord server: #support-ticket

You forgot about the subscription for a few months
We understand that life gets busy, and sometimes you might forget about an active subscription. Just like with services such as Netflix or Amazon, even if you haven't used DomoAI for a few months, we typically cannot issue a full refund for all those months. This policy aligns with industry standards, ensuring fairness for all users.
You requested to cancel in the past and subscription was not cancel
In cases such as this, we search high and low within our support communication history to find such requests. You should always use your subscriptions page to cancel any active subscriptions, but if you have sent us an email in the past please be sure to mention that address it was sent from in your refund request.
You mistakenly paid for a yearly subscription. Can you get a refund?
If you've mistakenly subscribed to our yearly plan instead of the monthly option, we're happy to help. If you haven’t used any credits or Relax Mode features, you may be eligible for a refund.Please note that we provide clear pricing details before payment, so we encourage all users to review carefully before making a purchase. Refunds are processed according to our policy and are subject to review.
Someone else used my credit card to buy DomoAI subscription
If you suspect charges made on DomoAI using your card were not made by you the owner, please begin a fraud process with your bank/credit card provider first, as we want to make sure the card will be blocked from making anymore purchases. You should also reach out to Stripe, our online payment vendor, to report these transactions and stolen cards.
