By using DomoAI’s AI tools, you agree to refrain from creating harmful content. Any misuse of our tools in violation of these guidelines or the Terms of DOMOAI PTE. LTD. may result in account suspension or termination.
本サイトを訪問したり、アプリをダウンロードしたり、その他の方法で本サービスを利用したりすることにより、お客様は本利用規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。本利用規約に同意しない場合は、本サービスを使用せず、アプリを既にダウンロードしている場合はアンインストールしてください。
1. Violating Laws & Regulations – Any use that breaches applicable laws, including infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
2. Harming Minors – Exploiting, endangering, or attempting to sexualize minors in any form.
3. Spreading Misinformation & Propaganda – Generating or distributing misleading information, including attempts to create images of public figures.
4. Disclosing Personal Data – Creating or sharing personally identifiable information.
5. Defamation & Harassment – Using AI tools to disparage, defame, or harass individuals or groups.
6. Automated Decision-Making with Legal Consequences – Engaging in fully automated processes that negatively affect someone’s legal rights or create enforceable obligations.
7. Discrimination & Harm – Any activity intended to discriminate against or cause harm to individuals or groups.
8. Exploiting Vulnerabilities – Targeting individuals based on age, social status, physical, or mental attributes.
9. Medical Advice & Interpretation – Providing medical guidance, diagnoses, or interpreting medical results.
10. Promoting Harm, Hate, or Violence – Encouraging self-harm, violence, or any form of harm to individuals or property.
11. Influencing Political Processes – Creating content aimed at manipulating political outcomes or being used for political campaigns.
12. Sexually Explicit Content – Generating pornographic or sexually explicit material.
13. Law Enforcement & Legal Matters – Producing or sharing AI-generated content intended for legal, law enforcement, immigration, or asylum-related purposes.
1. Impersonation当社のプライバシーポリシーと著作権ポリシーは、これらの利用規約の一部であり、これらによって管理されます。本利用規約に同意することにより、お客様はプライバシーポリシーの条件に拘束されることに同意し、当社がお客様から収集した情報をその条件に従って使用することに同意したものとみなされます。また、お客様は著作権ポリシーの条件に拘束されること、および当社が当該条件に従って著作権侵害を処理することに同意したものとみなされます。
2. Offensive Depictions – Using AI avatars or the TTS feature to depict individuals suffering from medical conditions or associating them with regulated or inappropriate products/services is not permitted.
3. Sensitive Topics – AI avatars and TTS cannot be used to discuss sensitive subjects such as religion, politics, race, gender, or sexuality.

· To the extent permitted by law, you retain ownership of your AI-generated images while granting DomoAI permission to host them on our platform and use them to improve and market our services.
· DomoAI does not claim copyright over your AI-generated images. However, you must comply with these terms and acknowledge that any use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.
· DomoAI does not provide any guarantees or assume liability for how you use AI-generated content.
· If you incorporate AI images into your DomoAI designs, we ask that you disclose that they were created using AI.
· Should your AI-generated content be deemed unlawful or in violation of these guidelines, DomoAI reserves the right to share it with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
